Lloyd’s Register Marine Global Technology Centre is co-located on the Boldrewood Campus. Southampton University also hosts supercomputer facility Iridis - one of the largest computational facilities in the UK and since 2017, Iridis 5 joined the elite of the world’s top 500 supercomputers.
