About
Carl is a PhD student at the and a member of the Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) research group, supervised by Prof. Matthew Turner and Prof. Steve Gunn. His research, so far, has focused on analysing stability properties of systems with neural networks. He is also a demonstrator for first year undergraduate students studying engineering mathematics.
Carl completed a master鈥檚 degree (MSc) in Systems, Control, and Signal Processing and a bachelor's degree (BEng) in Electronic Engineering with AI, both at the 黑料社. In addition to this, he completed an internship with Dr. Markus Brede, studying optimized methods of control and the effect of Braess鈥 paradox on network stability.
