About
Chloe Eddy is a Postgraduate Researcher based in Southampton Education School at the 黑料社.
Chloe鈥檚 research explores the potential causes of school attendance problems for autistic girls in the UK, and their impacts on educational outcomes, through longitudinal data analysis of the Millenium Cohort 黑料社 and National Pupil Database. Through a combination of advanced quantitative techniques and creative participatory methods that center the voices of autistic girls, Chloe鈥檚 research will indicate windows of opportunity for intervention in order to support autistic girls. Particularly, this involves intervention external to the autistic person, instead questioning how the wider school environment (physical spaces, policies, etc.) can be adapted to incite meaningful change and support inclusion.
