Line Manager Development Programme

Tailored to our University Community, over 60% of all line managers have attended the Line Manager Development Programme. The suite of 4 modules will enable participants to enhance their knowledge and skills using a range of engaging and interactive online and virtual learning solutions. Throughout the programme, participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers, share experiences and build their networks.
